Taxes are mailed in mid-May. Failure to receive a tax notice is not reason for non-payment of taxes. You must ensure we have your correct mailing address if you move. Current year taxes that are unpaid after June 30 are subject to the following penalties as outlined in the town’s Tax Penalties Bylaw 803-23.
Note: Tax penalties do not apply to property owners enrolled in the Monthly Tax Installment Payment Plan (TIPP).
