Notice of Intent to be Nominated

As per the LAEA Section 147.22 prospective candidates may not accept campaign funds without filing a Notice of Intent with the Town of Onoway of their intention to be nominated for Office.  

Please note that this notice is not the same as a nomination, and the individual's name will not appear on a ballot unless a Nomination Paper, and Candidate's Acceptance has been accepted by the Returning Officer prior to Nomination Day.
